Skiing: Gloves

Don't you just love the freezing, biting wind on your exposed face. Ski gloves are my item because I simply love to go skiing. It is such a sensation to be on skis rushing down a steep white mountain. Your face becomes rosy after that long walk in clunky ski boots down to the ski lockers underneath the hotel. Just because we live somewhere warm, does not mean that we can’t enjoy winter activities.

Interesting Alan! You really did well on describing the snow in your face. I liked that part.
I think you did well on the part where it said "Even though we live somewhere warm, doesn't mean we can't enjoy winter activites."
Great Job, Alan!

I liked how you described how the cold feels; it really creates an image in your head. And you right, why shouldn't we enjoy winter sports if we live in a warm country!

Though I enjoyed reading about your ski gloves, I think you should have added a bit more about them.
You could have explained how it warmed your hands in the winter and when you went skiing.
You could even have written about your favorite ski trip and mention how during that trip your ski gloves kept you company and whenever you see them, it reminds you about that certain time- instead of making us wonder what makes them different from your other ski gloves.
Something else you could have mentioned is your favorite place to ski and say how frequently you go there to show how much you enjoy skiing.

Though I think you could have added some things here and there I think you had some good descriptions- for example crispy wind biting at my cheeks."When I read this I could imagine how it feels like to be on top of the mountain getting ready for the ski ahead.
Another thing I liked is how you ‘talked’ to the reader when you said, “Just because we live somewhere warm, does not mean that we can’t enjoy winter activities.” Also when you said "Thank you for reading." You are welcome by the way =P
